Our Mission & Overview
Biome Technologies was started by Dr Prafull Gadge (Ph. D. Biochemistry) in 2015, when he was an assistant professor of Biotechnology at the MGM’s Jawaharlal Nehru Engineering College. The idea to address surrounding needs through innovation based startup was generated while conducting “self-sufficiency workshop for farmers” in the Maharashtra during the summer of 2015 when the incidents of farmer’s suicide were high.
At that time it was keenly observed that, besides India’s mega-biotech crop country status, major of the agro-chemical industry is small and medium scale. It lacks the bouquet of infrastructure facilities or highly skilled human resource to address problems scientifically, while most of them are generic ones. Since then, we also broadened our services to Biopharma, Enzymes, Waste-management, Training programmes.
Biome technologies is scripting success stories for clients comprising Enzymes, fertilizer (Biofertilizers, PGPR, plant growth regulators), pesticides (Biopesticides such as viral, bacterial and fungal origin and others) based on innovations and innovative processes.
You can trust us
Along with our own innovations, we are identifying research based products developed at the university, research institutions level and taking them to real world through validation, IPR, biosafety and trials with communications and facilitating collaborations.
Invent Biome Team
We have an excellent join-up and collaboration with qualified scientists in the specialized domain from academia and industry with clear work ethics.
